Light rain over southern Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia by evening. Generally a mild, dry day in southern England with a few bright spells. But colder and brighter weather follows through Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as northern England later while wintry showers follow in northern and western Scotland. Highs at 7C/54F in Scotland, up to a high of 13C/55F in southern England.
