Dear Customer, T H WHITE LTD PLANS TO ACQUIRE MURLEY'S AGRICULTURAL, CONSTRUCTION AND GARDEN MACHINERY OPERATIONS We are pleased to let you know of our intentions to acquire the trade and assets of Murley Agricultural Supplies Ltd at Warwick and Stourport. T H WHITE has almost 200 years of expertise in the agricultural sector and 40 years in the construction sector with extensive knowledge of many of the brands that Murley represents. On completion of the purchase our New Holland franchise territory will extend to Stourport and Warwick. We will also enter into an agreement with Doosan Infracore Europe s.r.o. selling the extensive range of Doosan branded construction machinery from the Stourport depot. This expansion aligns with our strategic aspirations to support the growth of our territory with an established business offering premium brands. It enables us to create a more sustainable business and gives us the scale to meet ever changing customer needs. It is our desire and intent that Murley’s staff will become T H WHITE employees. We have similar values and culture and a shared purpose of “helping customers get the best from their machinery, land and buildings for generations”. We are very excited about this project and the continuity it provides to customers and staff. The purchase is subject to due diligence being completed by all stakeholders in the acquisition but is currently scheduled to complete on Wednesday 30th June.
