Ticks . . . in December

We get wood ticks early summer here. They’ll suck blood and swell up to pea size then drop off. Helped friend sort sheep a couple of years ago in the depths of winter. Minus 20-30. Could still find ticks wedged in the wool enjoying live sucking blood. Theses were outdoor sheep.

Heelanders have a very inflated opinion of themselves. They regard anyone born south of Callander in West Perthshire as inferior.
Pitlochry is my limit 😉

Not so much an inflated opinion, as having looked at the offerer’s website I noted minimum numbers depending on distance. It’s a long way to Skye/ Ullapool etc from Daventry.

With respect Highland Mule, I really don’t see why you are so interested in this post, you must have special powers to be able to see into my dairy. You really have no idea what work I have that might be close to there, let’s just leave the matter there
