id like to have a go at something like this but i'm looking for a 4x4 baler so i can make the packs 3 high and keep bale length. this looks really fast!
i cant find their website so i assume they're not trading anymore. does anyone know of a scrap 4800/4900? pickup real/stuffer/gearbox can be missing or a complete mess as it will all be removed anyway?
any help much appreciated!

I never quite understood how this conversion worked, having watched the youtube videos a fair few times. The bales obviously get stuffed into the bale chamber, on their side, one on top of the other, but how do you get any pressure into the packs, and how is the string knotted around them?

The needles have to come up at the absolute exact moment otherwise you'd spear the next bale(s) into the chamber, so how is it timed? And can you get enough pressure in the packs to make the strings tight and able to pick the packs up without them being all floppy?

the whole idea of starting with the baler is all those things are already in place, may need some modifying. density, kneedletiming, done by a clever person (not me).
i recon the tiehog machine can be simplified further.
