Be aware that if you have to pay someone to replant it and the cost of getting a felling license if needed you would be lucky to break even at that price

Yes the majority only looks 8-12inches thick

Just remember it will still need hauling, processing either in to log or chip and drying. Will also need a felling licences or some form of paperwork to be used for RHI boilers so will likely get sod all for it.
