Time for a new low loader

I’ve just sold my tri axle Herron low loader and am looking to replace it with a twin axle low loader with a bale wedge it will be used mostly for moving bales but do also move an odd digger. so far barford seem best value is there any other make to consider? Budget is 9k stg

would make sure what ever you buy, i Would make sure it has decent axles and wheels like granning or ADR etc, think barford use Chinese axles.. we have a Macauley, it was pretty cheap, and had lots of problems initially with the axles not being welded into hangers and turning jamming brakes on and wheel rims all cracking due to them being too light duty, paints also pretty poor.. but rides well on road.

They will fit commercial axles for 600 extra. Friend has one on agri axles and loves it
 
What about a beaver tail so you don’t need the wedge

Herbst are a good trailer as long as you have 19t spec not the lighter one. Ok for 13t digger and a good firm to deal with. Jpm however are that bit longer for bales and also the trailer beaver tail isn't as steep again beneficial for bales it has longer ramps because of that though
