BTW, the EU have robbed the Welsh far more than the English ever did. Our 2 main industries for a start. Not fused if Wales wants to be independent from the rest of the UK, or not. Don't think it's a very good idea myself, but crack on. AS LONG AS WE GAIN INDEPENDENCE FROM THE EU.

You're not really getting this "independence" thing are you? Those who want Wales and Scotland to leave the UK want to be in the EU, it's a sort of non independent independence.

What assets has Wales got that will keep us afloat after independence ? Farming and fishing fudgeed off thanks to the EU. Oil refineries and steel works fast disappearing. Can we survive on tourism alone ? Still, at least tariffs on English straw might help.

That's a good idea about the straw ,England can retaliate by putting tariffs on Welsh lamb imports.
Oh and can we have Monmouth back please? You can keep the rest.

Would this mean we’d have to drive the long way round to get from Ellesmere to Whitchurch . The red line is the border.

I thought Pembroke saw itself as separate from the rest of Wales..

Just need to go slightly wide with the feltip pen and both Ellesmere and Whitchurch
could go with Wales.
How about a straight swap for Monmouth shire?
