Time to tidy up the excavator

Recently bought a simotumo sh75u, working well but looking a bit roughView attachment IMG_1073.HEIC

Time to tidy her up, rub down the cab and paintView attachment IMG_1078.HEIC

Sandblast the rest and undercoat, then 2k top coatView attachment IMG_1082.HEIC

All finish for now, will do same to the bottom half at a later date, total time spent 9 hrs. Total cost without my labour £250. She looks very nice now.View attachment IMG_1084.HEIC

I would love to be able to do this but don't have the skills or the patience. I do have a habit of buying rusty 'cheap' things though.

Bought her to replace the jcb 814, it's a lot easier to get around the farm on the low loader, today she doing some ground works for the concrete grant.
What's she worth to sell on? 5000 hrs.

Not many skills needed, just patience, sand blasting , masking up, undercoating, all easy, it's the top coat needs experience.

He was outside so not so bad but I agree a mask would be good practice
