Yeah .. we’ve even removed it completely

Product we have only just switched to from paper called “Fibre” from NW Resources

Only way to get it to run seems to be to fill AG only 1/3 full but means at least 3 refills per shed
We use sand and have welded some 3/4 inch bar onto the auger long enough to still clear as it turns about 8 in total. This seems to keep sticky sand moving better

I find if you ram the bedder full it trys to bridge, better to scoop it up lightly so it stays fluffy in the bucket

Not quite a full bucket helps as you say, we get the same with the green bedding. Do half the passage with the belt running one direction. Then the opposite for the second half. Then on the return down the shed do the opposite side to what you just did. Stops it trying to pull it all out of one side and levels itself back out making it flow better. Just had the challenge of taking the door out of ours tonight. It been away so a service and new belt and came back with a bent second hand door in it which took me half an hour to get back out.

Yeah no problems with the Shelbourne but it does have fingers on the auger to keep it moving and as others have said don’t overfill them cause the product will compact and get slower at coming out

Our ag dispenser has a agitator that turns when you drive the belt. Seems to work well. Ours is green bedding so I'm sure it would work on sawdust.

Your joking?
Your man on fb hit the ramp that fast in the 420, I don't think rattling the bucket will hurt too much!

I have no idea what goes on on Facebook tbh ...

However, one of the locking pins on the skid snapped this pm. Not saying it was exclusively the result of rattling as we have kit going on & off all the time but it certainly doesn’t help.
