Was at a friend's tire shop this evening waiting my turn while he finished up a patchjob for another customer, just got it up to recommended pressure
Thankfully no one was hurt

put a bit of liquid weld in the hole to give it a longer life, thats what i have done in the past ?

Drill hole, nut and bolt with a Tap Washer on the inside. Of course - second hand nut and bolt to keep the bodgers happy

Nah, it was beyond saving this time. I'd already put a few teks in it from previous leaks. I replaced it, because knowing my luck it would probably fail catastrophically ...on Christmas day!

I did exactly that on Monday
Just put a 12mm bolt and 2 washers in then tightened up with milwaukee 3/4 gun
Nothing going to leak out of it now
