So I got the exhaust manifold back from my customer over the week, just tried to fit it and won’t go on
Who can tell me what wrong here?

I did try and warn him

It’s distorted when he’s welded it, the back two cylinders have dropped.

should of bolted to a old head to hold it in place while it cooled ,.....but again no old heads lying around spare

I think a pigeon has been sat on it!!
Never weld it u less bolted down solid to a flat strong slab of steel . heat the whole manifold up first with oxy act to get a even heat and then weld and allow to cool before unbolting.

Dry enough for a bit of ground work, ripping up parsnip beds after lifting....
