Helping a mate out with his egg delivery round again today while he’s on holiday .

Around ten different types of egg makes for an interesting day . [emoji85] This was one of the less inviting shops on today’s round . [emoji51]

Put the old workhorse on the sprayer for the autumn whilst the mainline tractors are busy on other jobs = cheap self proppelled sprayer. Dad (in the distance) drilled a couple of fields of wheat, then jumped on the rolls. I spent the day on the sprayer, trying to catch up with the rolls but never quite made it. Anyway, all cereals sown this week have been rolled and pre-em sprayed. Now ready for the 12mm of rain forecast overnight/tomorrow.

This was interesting, about 6’ of pipes where missing just to the right of the pic:facepalm: and the lateral was coming in pointing the wrong way! No wonder it was boiling up over winter!

This wasn’t helping with flow either.

I'm surprised your contractors are using such an expensive machine to lay an outdoor pad of concrete. I do know these machines are used in large warehouses where robot forklifts collect pallets from 30ft high stillages and the foor has to be VERY flat.
