Was interesting job to do, and unlike in England they don't hang around on some of the out of town black top roads we were doing a steady 100kph.

Clearing pig muck from neighbours today,we do a straw swap. Before washing trailers for harvest.
He has recently put a roof over the yard,so it should be drier. The liquid drains into a channel and is than pumped into the slurry lagoon.

@silverfox, I can smell that just by looking at the photo's. :sour:
I know, the one downside. It's boilersuits left outside and straight in the shower or no tea:(.
I suppose you get used to it if you work with pigs all day.Makes me laugh when the neighbours terrier comes paddling about in it, then next thing he's in their landrover and the house. My mrs would have a fit!

Your pigs look like they are living in luxury @Silver fox!
Yes,just a hobby really, with some nice tasting meat at the end.
Buying feed in 25kg bags is a bit expensive though, although we do supplement with apples that my wife is able to bring from working in a boarding school,as they can't go back to the kitchens if the boys haven't eaten them in the evening. Also get bread in this way.
It is great to see them rooting in the wood, and the pathways they have made through the nettles.
