Today at work

Did a bit of mowing and then I've been kicking all that's on the floor about in an attempt to have it baled and wrapped by tomorrow night. It has been a great drying day here.

Not quiet farming but somewhat Ag related ;)

Long weekend last week, after 22 years service the wheels atop of number 2 pit were changed.
As a few of you know I left Agriculture 4 years ago to go back down the pit, so help produce the potash for Europe !!

Lesson learnt, helped a mate out and let him have a field for Sugar Beet, late lifted and Spring Patriot then Vaddy drilled, now it’s taken its toll on the Spring Barley ( drilled same day on the left )

This half of the fields after W Wheat and was Vaddy’d into the lightly disc’d in the Autumn stubble.
Sprayed with Fungicide Saturday :)

Pit stop, not quite F1 speed, but was happy swapping all 4 in 40 mins

Then played with the new toy

Hopefully the gamble pays off, it was cheap enough, just hoping it’s not to cheap and made of Lithuanian cheese :nailbiting:
