Washed, greased and hoovered out the tractors and telehander ready for Monday

Shovelled up some old beans for the bonfire

Fitted some small fire extinguishers just in case

Mate brought this gadget round, I am glad I don't have to work out how to drive it, did a good job though, abandoned the field after a few bales, still not dry enough after 9 days.

Heavy crops on strong land, I quite often make hay that is over 200 good small bales to the acre, takes a while even in the driest county

fresh out of the plastic wrapper, JCB had 25% off genuine mudguards and also got a cash back deal on a new set of tyres at local fitters, so what we saved on tyres paid for the full set of mudguards
