Unfortunately no. Tenancy doesn't allow chemicals. Have used a little home made bracken bruiser over the years with some success but is a yearly task. The hill in the picture has been in gorse for 50 years or more, cleared it a couple of years ago but obviously bracken is appearing so will need to get on top of it!

No, I agree. Once I've fenced it it'll be surprising how well the loaghtans will keep it checked though. They're an ancient breed of sheep and they eat just about anything!?

Faffed around at home today, fixed the drive system on the green machine, again.

Faffed about fixing chainsaws etc.

Got my latest ill judged eBay purchase running.
It's terrible.

Decided to get the horse stable ready for them to come in on a night.

Had to replace a rotten post and added some timbers to stop them rubbing their arses on the water trough
