I hate it when the phone rings after 8pm and I have to go out on a callout ?
Wasn’t a pretty sight when I got there.

Tenant wasn’t happy, they kept all there shoes under the boiler

Looks like either a pipe has split or the heat ex has, but won’t know until I get the boiler off the wall as it’s so far up the back you just can’t see. Bet they don’t leave there shoes in there again ?
I think Tenant and Landlord will do battle tomorrow over who’s paying for the 12-15 pair of shoes and various other items rammed in there that have now permanently changed colour ?
