It would be very interesting to see you start your own thread up and update it . I have been so interested in reading about George etc and everything else you do over there . ........
I dunno I always think people would get a bit annoyed about some smug git living his life on social media. I’m not trying to show off it’s more how chuffed I am to be doing what I’m doing where I am I suppose.

I’ve just shown your pictures to your ten year old daughter and she asked if she could adopt Jeremy.
He’d need a tall shed and plenty of room to excercise him plus there aren’t many trees with leaves left on them in Lincolnshire at present.
I have difficulty believing this is where I’ve ended up with all these animals from off the TV though.

Doesn't ever come across as smug. We can see you share it because you enjoy it and want others to share in that as well.

@Lowland1 Get a thread going mate, life is testing at the moment and a lot of us can't travel much so it's nice to see and hear stuff from another part of the world - even if it is a bunch of random pictures or something every now and again. I often work on multiple screens in the office and have a quick scroll on here while programs and files are loading, it breaks up the monotony of the day. Your Sudan thread is interesting.

I disagree . Plenty interested in your posts . It makes a nice change . I will never get to see your country but pictures and stories like yours bring the world you live in to where I am . Far more educating than watching the square eyed box .

I had an old radio in my excavator that didn't work properly and the space it was in was awkward. In an angry fit I managed to wreck the radio and place it was sitting in.
So I figured I might as well make something proper out of some spare stainless plate. Angled towards the driver and very sturdy, turned out quite well.
