As we’re likely to have an official drought declared tomorrow I’m only going to be 1 George Eustace decision away from having my watering can banned, even though Joe Blogs can still wash his car and water his lawn. :banghead:

Sure you've got that right?

Hosepipe bans mean Joe Bloggs can't use the hosepipe to wash the car or water the lawn.

But it doesn't affect commercial/agricultural users at all - however big or small their watering cans are. :p

I hope I’m wrong, but that’s my understanding of the situation. Businesses will be restricted (including ag) before the general public.
