This was yesterday cos i couldn't post pick last night for some reason!
Weather was to nice to be in the workshop so went and made a start sorting some land out we've just took on, it's not been farmed for at least 2 years so in a bit of a state to say the least!

This fella was having fun trying to pick up some seriously flat oats with what looked to be at least a 30' header.

Impressive job in that rubbish! Nice soil too. I wouldn't have anything to tackle that without using a flail mower first!
Hired a rotavator for the other end, there's to much grass for even the disks. We've topped some, it's going into spring barley so no real panic to do anything with it but the weathers crap and not fit for anything else! Want to get some straw bailed really :banghead:

Pleased to see the unloading auger drive has a PTO guard in all other pics - had me worried after seeing the first one.

Love the "instruction manual" on the side too!

Some very smart gear you've got there.
Unloading auger broke. :(.
Someone likes filling the "sock" up rather than moving forward hence the weakest link breaks :banghead:.

@nick... there's plenty of wheat around and the odd bit of spring barley still to do.

I have to make everything "clear" with instructions........(ready for when I'm old and can't remember! :p)
