Yes. They obviously cost more in the first place, but over the 6 years or so I would get through 9 /10ish of the standard ones. And a lot of time saving in changing parts!

The maize was just emerging, 29th May. On the basis of this trial I will not worry about the grass competing next time and will spread and roll the grass seed in before the maize emerges. It'll be on a 16 acre field of unkind clay next time

Great pics! Incredibly wet field though seeing those puddles. Might take a while before anything else can get out there again though.
