Oh they've made it so you can't repair it, so instead of a 5quid bearing/seal you now have to buy a complete unit for £130.
Looks like a major new purchase is on the cards

Had our washer for 23 years and it was 2nd hand then,with 4 kids and lots of boiler suits to wash it’s done some serious work,had a new water valve and a couple of door handles recently,when I took the lid off it’s great,no pcb’s!!
