Moved the big bull out from his girlfriends.

Annoyed a whole lot of twitchers who were all standing looking over the gate at some cattle egrets.

As the cows all assumed that I had come to feed them and they stood in the way of the long lenses.

What width is your cow shed and width of scrape passage? Looks a nice airy shed!

With it being so wet it's a job to get on with much farming stuff per-se (and I'm not full time at it either) so into the workshop I went helping a friend out making gates for his new shed (no pictures unfortunately) then decided it was either into the scrap bin or make something of it for this old roller frame....

Seemed too good to scrap so took the plunge and had some plates rolled to make up new drums...

Cut the prep on with the plasma then built up the drum and got to welding...

Yes before anyone mentions it, I had the 4 ends profiled the same which included the holes for the bungs (#idiot!) so had to weld them closed.

Finished job. Just waiting for spring time now to try it out or sell it.
