Bought this heifer in Nov .....10 mths old on passport.
Now showing heavy in calf !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone got some explaining to do
That is quite possible, much to my shame I had a 16 month old heifer produce a pair of twins and she was homebred. BCMS took some convincing but it happened. We kept the heifer and she went on to make a fine cow amazingly! The wonder of nature.View attachment 852525

Had the same back in the day but she was 14 months. Was an AA x.I had a heifer calve at 13 months, home bred, her father did the deed. As above BCMS needed to give special permission, I think that the vet had to verify or something.
New roof on the 885, fed up getting a wet arse, door and window rams too.
