I think it will struggle, if the bushel weight is there, then yes, but all straw and really small ears + quite a bit on the floor

What's going on with the reel at the far end?

The position the reel stopped in makes it look a bit odd. It’s just the outer section which allows the tine angle adjustment.

Managed to get a trailer load of barley this morning before the heavens opened, the OH was on my tail so at least most of the straw is baled, sheltering in the workshop with a brew now, wandering about the boss who's gone back to school this morning. It's been a fraught few days what with one thing and another, but we're nearly half way threw harvest and the first silo is getting full. The weather is apparently looking better for next week, anyway I best get on and mend this "clacking" the OH has been moaning about, metal fatigue strikes again.

It’s bring up some random error codes which we suspect may be caused by some chaffed or broken wires .

Thankfully the stone trap did its job today and snagged hold of this

Amazing how stuff keeps appearing, and how much I keep finding, and that’s without ploughing but I guess skimming the ground trying to get thin brackled S Barley off the deck doesn’t help

.......and of course I was combining, so today’s breakdown, thankfully a simple repair and it happened 5 mins before the rain came.

Went back into my spring barley today, after a late start yesterday, but only managed 3 tank fulls before it started to rain.
My wife asked if she could help in any way and so I set her going on the baler, after a quick tutorial, and she chased me around the field and as a result I have no wet straw in the field.
