Is that winter bird seed? Can I have sunflowers in it too next year as something different?
Its a mix ,that you can spray with a gramminicide to control , millet in mixes that had it in it before , but it nails sunflowers ,so spun some into mix after a week or so after spraying it , they are coming up at all stages , quite good really great in grass will sell you some ,or just go get a bag of black sunflower bird seed , and throw them on ,
Going tomget some more seed off a lad near here who grows 500 acre of them ,for the flower heads

Bad days like that soon grind you down. Had a similarly frustrating time myself today, for once not due to the weather! Just a guard bending itself repeatedly but I cannot for the life of me work out how or why in order to stop it happening after I have straightened it for the 4th time!

Probably shouldn’t say this....but the thought went through my head a moment ago when reading your post “it’s nothing compared to what @Adeptandy is going through this season”.
