Thanks @Muddyroads . I've long been interested in buying a Moore Unidrill but they're always miles away when they come up for sale, and seem to have gone up in value a fair bit lately, if ebay prices are anything to go by (!). From your photo it looks like you were doing two passes, so is it an arable / wider spacing model that you have? Sorry for asking lots of questions but I'm really interested in these drills.

The picture was taken on a headland so I can see why you’d think I was cross drilling. I‘d do that if I was doing a longer term reseed. This was just a short term ryegrass top up before going into veg in the next year or so.

Today I treated our Polaris ranger to a set of Land Rover defender wing mirrors . Who ever designed the Polaris ones obviously didn’t understand what they were for . These work brilliantly and were fitted in about ten mins .

I thought it was only my accounts that looked like that. I feel a whole lot better now. If we don't have an amazon delivery on a daily basis they will probably send someone round just to make sure my wife is alright. I get told that it is cheaper than having children (obviously we have none) and we haven't been on holiday since 2001 so a 'few pounds here and there' is nothing to moan about and your tractors and machinery will last a long time yet.Chance to catch up on some accounts while it’s raining.
