Ideas for your next purchaseBit of luck though....on way through town I was stopped by a bloke in a range rover....oh no what have I done was my thoughts . He came to the cab asking could he buy some of the bales off me and would I deliver for an in-house factory event tomorrow. Quick negotiations resulted in £40 a bale delivered....cash !
It was closer than going to the shed.

Think we would just be dragging the frame here after the first run up the field but doing a nice job with u
Went back tonight, drove straight up to the far verge and hard left and plenty room . No idea what I was up to yesterday but the drink or drugs must have worn off.Got the bale trailer into a field off a narrow road then couldn't get back out without catching the gatepost. Must be some trigonometry thing. Luckily the house opposite saw my plight and opened the gate into their drive.

Would that be oats for crimping? Looked at some wheat today, proper wheat that would be 28 per cent moisture. Stopped cutting winter barley yesterday at 11.5 per cent moisture, wait for some rain me thinks! Sent off a few loads of this too!View attachment 975779View attachment 975780View attachment 975781
Taking organic grain off at 28% to crimp, never taken so wet befor but rep said aim for 30 wetter the better! Will crimp on Monday, was to dry last year had a lot of waste on the pit.
