For various reasons, gone old school for this planting & not using my disc planter.
Resurrected the modified Trashworker.

John Shearer Trashworker. Back in the day, when we using tillage ( the stamp says made in 1981 ), these were everywhere. 2” chisel points for primary cultivation after harvest, then wide sweep points for secondary cultivation & weed kill.
A lot were turned into basic zero till planters in the 90’s, as people already had them, they were strong with reasonable trash clearance & it didn’t cost much to do. They had their limitations ( trash clearance & precise depth control being the biggest issues ), but can still do a good job in the right conditions.
Just a matter of unbolting the points & putting sweeps back on & its original . . .

Haven't had time to put sagrods in yet. as for cross braces, it doesn't need it due to already being in span its attached too.

Snow loading in UK design

A lot. And I mean A LOT of shed companies here (cheapies) use back to back purlins for both posts and clear span truss sections.... Apparently engineered.....But nothing i would ever buy or build.

Fully aware of snow loading,
But know of 10yr old substantially build grain store, that had major wind damage recently,

it's already insured for a very substantial amount. That will be increased by a good 30% post extention.
