Spent the afternoon at this today :

Mum and Dad have both been part of the cohort since 1998 taking part in the various studies and both my daughter and I are signed up for the new "3 Generation Study"

Thanks to Hope House and Chester zoo we got to take our daughter to an after hours tour of Chester zoo with our own personnel guides

wouldn't be smiling if that glass started to crack !As much food and ice cream you could eat too , we were proper spoilt , a massive thankyou to all involved

Best bib and tucker last night. Our contractor took great pride in setting up the yard to welcome his wedding guests to the farm for the reception in the marquee... not a speck of dust where it shouldn't be. There were about 4 more tractors out of shot.

The newest forage harvester transported the bride and groom so was round by the marquee. Bridal party in tractor and trailer to church & groom's party in the works staff van.

As if life isn't hectic enough, dropped on me last night, (as is the way with shared parenting) just remembered our daughter needs to hand in a space project on Monday.

I know it’s a picture thread but we don’t put pics of our kids on t’internet.

Just spent an enjoyable afternoon watching my lad run the anchor leg of a 4x100m relay team. Their win today makes them the fastest in the Uk in their age group, faster than even some of the teams 3 years older.

Bloody brilliant, they can fair shift I tell you. Won their race by 30 metres clear.

They’ve worked hard an deserved the win. Next stop, Diamond League.

This morning at 5. 15 am on my day off i went out on a training excise with a friend of mine who is doing a sponsored bike ride to France. Trying to get some miles in. Only been doing this for the last month. Don't shoot me down for biking on the roads on a Sunday please!

Got everything printed off for Royal Norfolk tomorrow. A friend's asked if I can help leading one of her cattle in the Grand Parade so that's definitely something to look forward to and less hassle than taking my own!

To warm for working so had a visit to Eggleston Hall gardens and tearooms for a spot of lunch and the obligatory ice cream.
