Awsome road trip Stanmore bay Auckland to huka falls then lake taupo and quick look at ski resort up. Mount ruapeahu still a bit of snow up there fantastic views .and then lovely drive up through waikato 14 hrs total trip fantastic scenery

Tutor had mixed the Lego parts & instructions..... the "project" was to work on communication and structured leadership to build the Lego............. :D:D:D

Ah well, the Trust has to pay a % of our total salary bill into the Apprenticeship Scheme.
They therefore need to get as much out as they put in to make it cost neutral.
So muggins here, and many others, are doing degree level management courses over 2.5 years ..... which should see me out to retirement or redundancy!
I also have 20% of my "day job" as study leave, 33 days AL, plus 5 extra AL days I buy and 8 bank holidays.
This year I will be at work for 176 days..... 35 weeks and an odd bit. :)
