There on a canal, the entrance to forth and clyde canal the falkirk wheels further up.

They represent the significance of the horse to industry in Scotland. Pulling the canal boats, farming and in the coal industry.

OK thanks. We visited the Falkirk wheel a couple of years ago, that is a superb bit of engineering, saw the Kelpies from afar but didn’t go to visit them.
