Without trying to teach you to suck eggs but did you double dip in breadcrumbs to get the maximum seal around the camembert?

Low melting temperature chocolate & the dip or spray process takes seconds in a somewhat chilly environment

Can't beat boiling things in fat!

Can have fondue type parties with a deep fat fryer in middle of table and a bowl of batter!

Was only the second thing to be deep fried ever. Apparently I should cut the wedges, then freeze them before battering.

It’s incredibly humbling. Last two shouts have been a cardiac arrest and a stroke. Stroke victim I was first on scene and hopefully helped to save her life.
helping your local community is the best drug ever!

Good on you too. Not for everyone but you're part of a great un-seen community of volunteers that include mountain rescue teams, retained firefighters etc etc
