We got the spuds in so I told mrs g we could have a holiday if she wanted , twenty minutes later one was booked a few days later and we are here . She doesn’t let the grass grow if she wants something ,bit to warm for me !

All works, new pump, but control panel is a bit erratic, sited in very south Norfolk

New garden shed coming next week so today we had to get the base ready . Borrowed a narrow dumper and micro digger to remove the soil and cart it out . Hard work part was going to be getting the planeings out of the trailer and into the dumper so we had an idea

Lovely sunset tonight over the village . Clearly we’ve had a bit of rain finally (well after 9 weeks) whilst I’ve been away today. Just back in time to check the cows but probably missed the best of the skies by about 5 minutes . #villageoftwomills #beautifulwestsuffolk

A day for family. Great for Freddie and me to spend time with my Brother Tim

Mixed emotions finally going through my late Aunt's things; so many memories made even more poignant as she'd kept many keepsakes from my Nan and Grandad dating back to the 20's and 30's plus we found lots of artwork and handmade cards Tim and I had made for them as kids.

It still won't feel like closure until we've the agreement of the diocese and have arranged the interment of Aunty's ashes at Barnston but I do feel more at peace tonight

Bringing back 60 years of memories today was lovely and draining at the same time

Family goes on and I'll post this photo of my Nephew Sam at his graduation at Nottingham, his Great Nan Hazel Milton at her's

Saturday night in London. Stayed just by St. Pauls. Best steak ever at Hawksmoor in Borough Market. Also no shortage of people tucking in to steak either. Then a wander back through London on way home.
