This is what I would prefer to buy, speaking as a consumer, knowing that buying a box is helping the farmer get rid of the stuff and make money. The goon who turns up, buys one bit of fancy steak and fudges off isn't really helping anyone.
The problem with getting a bit of everything is that you don't get enough of one.
For a family of 5, 1 sirloin, 1 rump steak, 1ribeye, joints tend to be too small as do packs of mince or stewing steak.
If you are selling boxes you need to tailor them to the customer.

That’s why we stopped, there wasn’t a standard box to suit everyone . We have one customer just buys sausages and roasts , others just buy everything cheap sausages burgers mince veg roll . Just picked up another wants Chuck, shin etc . That fairly balances the steaks

The food critic William Sitwell did a review in yesterday's Telegraph. Said the restaurant was firmly aimed at rich show off Arabs. He had the cheaper sharing steak for £300, said it was good, but not worth anywhere near £300
