Too cold to sow legumes ?

Thinking of sowing my spring NUM3 this weekend. Vetch, Buckwheat Phacellia, linseed and clover. Is it still too cold ? I’m in Sussex, so pretty far south) Thinking if I leave it much later it will struggle to flower and meet the aims . Also, conditions look to be pretty good for drilling on this heavy land !

I’d crack on myself. Only going to get warmer from now on and I suspect soil temps are creeping up.

They say, Done is better than perfect. Plenty of moisture to get it away.

Might be warmer soil in a month, but, no moisture.
