Just been at fert in grazing land nothing on silage yet but it is dry here now with an eaterly wind coming in. Has been a good dew in the morning but with this easterly that might disappear. Carryon spreading or wait until rain In forecast I see nothing for at least a week. Straight N going on with sulphur .

It won’t do any good in the shed. Can’t do any harm on the ground can it?
I was just worried that it’s not getting washed in and it just crumbles and blows away

There’s enough dew on a morning to absorb nitram….won’t grow grass in the shed

I would leave it the now. Last week was perfect for getting some on, but our corner of the country isn't good this week.

Same. I wanted to do the grazing ground (1cwt/acre) last week but brother told me no - after I went at the same time last year and the way the drought went it would be totally wasted
He went on this week and has done all the silage ground (3cwt/acre).. and christ it's looking wasted right now

Did all our silage ground last Sunday with straight N, rained overnight and 2 mornings of heavy dew seemed to make it disappear. Slurry on some today probably burning off in the wind and sun but it is already 22nd April and nights coming in only 8 weeks away.

Put some on silage ground here today but then started running over it with dribble bar and dirty water
