dont think there is a beep ,well not on mine any way
put it on the top of a bucket on a telehandler ,.crowd bucket back can see how much rotation there is
i have a spi tronic pro 360 that came from a pawn shop a while back, i didnt think much of it until i seen the price of them so it gets the tlc about the workshop now, a great level but like yours it dosent beep when level either.
first world problem but when you work on your own times it id be wild handy for it to say something rather than be having to hold and look every time..
cheers.(y)

Needed some mig gas, was persuaded that the hobby bottle was the answer. lasted a couple of days.
searched around because we got a biggish job on, BOc was £6 a month for a mid size, use it for the month and get the remainder of years rent refunded.
Has anybody tried topping up a smaller bottle?

Mmmm, I have a similar set of digital callipers. Fine when they're working with a good coin cell battery. BUT when the battery goes flat it's a pain. Mine still have one mil increments on the scale so can be read manually. Those in the picture only have centimetre increments so in my opinion you'd curse them more often than not! Just my opinion mind.

Definitely go brushless, it is a bargain, but if you used it side by side with a brushless model, then you'd appreciate the difference.
A brushless grinder, on a deal, will not be much more than that, and will be worth every penny
