It seems to have sorted itself out for now, unsure what to do next!
Mine comes & goes seems it starts when I come in from the cold into the warm house, reckon it gets to a nerve so must need a filling, the pain gradually gets better until I get cold again or even have a hot drink. It seems to have sorted itself out for now, unsure what to do next!
Just seen this thread glad to hear the pain has died back, when I read your op wondered if it really was toothache, read like it might have been sinusitis, have you had a cold?It seems to have sorted itself out for now, unsure what to do next!
@Gordy1 you might have to travel a bit for these, but NHS, affordable and not snotty about it - also rather good.If it's at the back of your mouth it could be a wisdom tooth trying to break through your gum, had one years ago (same sort of symptom) & the only thing the dentist said was keep bathing ( rinsing it) with salt water to soften the gum so it can come through easier, luckily it did the trick after a few days.
But don't talk to me about tooth aches have had one since the summer I think I have a cavity in the tooth as it seems to ease & comes back again, too frightened to see a dentist due to the the cost these days, but will need to see one very soon!! Nurofen does the trick for me when it starts to get too bad. Hope yours soon gets better.

Yes I think that is my problem, it seems I lost veins in the accident and have quite a few varicose veins appearing in the last few years. Is there much I can do though to take care of it? I went to a support group once and never knew that as many moaners existed in this country so I never went back.I see. It can be nasty, several cases I have seen we due to impeded circulation in a limb, worth being very wary of.
