Hi I am presuming you have registered your product and are trying the update through the following link, let me know as i can get in no problem. https://www.topconpositioning.com/support/updates

Hi, thank you for your feedback!
My products are registered (Agi4 and X30) and I was able to download an update once this February or March, but since then I always get 'site unavailable or Access denied' error message.
As @Northern farmer reported not I am the only one, so if you have any idea what is behind or could forward this issue to the support team in charge, would be great!
Alternatively a different download link or file sharing link with the latest X30 update file would be highly appreciated!

Btw I tried to register my products again (created a new account just for testing), but the drop-down menu at the product category does not contains 'Agricultural solutions' (don't remember the original category name exactly) anymore. You can not choose X30 or AGi4...or any Ag related product. see pic

I'm not sure what they see the point of registering receiver and equipment is just to get firmware updates is? Are they worried the Chinese might reverse engineer it or something :scratchhead: :p

At least I can still get hold of TRU from them to hack the Topcon receiver/radios in my tractors.

It's very important as the x30 is available in as a c3000 from agco ( brand locked with different software) an amapad from amazone (again brand locked) people all call it an x30 but if you try to put agco software on an aftermarket full feature x30 it will lock it and it won't work!

But it would not kill Topcon devices. Sure there are many farmers who have both AGCO and Topcon gear, the confusion would still be possible. Odd if AGCO receivers do not check the SW compatibility. Most often it is not possible to update wrong SW, from a different brand or the same brand but different product (the latter being a more likely scenario for confusion).

Like I said, you can't load Topcon software version onto agco c3000 screen! The screen is brand locked to agco only. Software updates are then handled though your agco supplier . C3000 has a lot of features removed thus making it cheaper ans less future proofed than the x30 or now new x35

If you can do it no problem please can you detail how you register an agricultural X30 on the link you provided please?

The replies seem to have dwindled on this thread and I have my suspicions why.....
