Seen this earlier but a longer video way before it lost its load, looks like something isn’t quite right with the right hand side rear wheel of the trailer, either bearing gone or under inflated causing it to wobble and lean, that’s no excuse for not strapping it though. Very lucky but I expect him to have a fine and wrapped knuckles.
Looks nice stuff .
2 high is plenty even with straps. Oh well, another tarmac farming PR disaster....

Basically it's a farmer going through a town with round bales 3 high on a trailer and two on the front loader up in the air.
But no straps!!!

Try as hard as I can but i can't think of a single thing to mitigate the stupidity.
for the second time, I said I didnt strap down I didnt say that the load was not secure.

Absolutely appalling, so many scenarios in which that could have been fatal, cyclists, kids, disabled!
RTA s2 Dangerous Driving at the least; it's an either-way offence, so if he's lucky he'll be with the Mag's. But... if I were prosecuting I'd be going for an indictment - i.e. Crown Court appearance - and the full two years inside, expecting him to get 12 months and a minimum 12 month ban once out.

He'll probably moan there's not enough money in the job to be able to strap it down. That's the usual counter argument to health and safety isn't it?
