What a total 24 carat fudge up:banghead::banghead:

There doesn't appear to be a single member of the House of Commons that's worth a sh!t. The place sounded like the monkey house at a zoo on R5, while I was in and out of the truck this afternoon.

Maggie Thatcher would have chewed 'em up and spit 'em all out in her heyday.

If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable

I was listening in the house today, why o why do those dumb MP's keep asking the same question over & over again.
Do they like the sound of there own voice.

A few of them not all, are very low iq individual's.

Why O why don't they swap the leader ? A fresh face is required to inspire & invigorate the team. IMO

This is all going as you would expect in a negotiation of this significance.
There is absolutely no need to change leader - Mrs May is on top of it and is following a strategy.
She has delegated to others to do the bulk of the negotiations over the first 18 months then stepped in to take charge of the final negations and to resolve the standoffs. Having got the best compromise deal that she could she has worked tirelessly to not just sell it but to be seen by the EU to sell it.She had to be seen to push it to the wire regarding the parliamentary vote. Only then can she credibly go back to the EU and seek changes. If she had not stuck with the line she has taken over recent weeks that this is a good deal and we should accept it could she ever have gone back to the EU to point out that they are going to have to improve the deal if parliament is going to accept it.
If they don’t make any concessions she can then go back to parliament on the basis that this absolutely is the best we are going to get. Hopefully that will sway some more MPs to vote in favour. Even then if it does not get accepted in parliament we will be at the 11th hour when most deals get done anyway when the EU will be faced with no deal at which point the hope is that they will blink.
Most of what I listen to spouted by the media and MPs who don’t want to leave is froth and nonsense - too much of which undermines Mrs May’s negotiation position. The time has nearly come for them to stop and to get behind her for all our sakes.
Painful as the last election experience was for her she has certainly learned from it and this time she is on top of the job.

she is on top of the job.
If today's performance was her on top of the job, I wouldn't want to see her on a bad day.

I agree with you that it's high time the feeble excuses for MP's that we are blessed with, on both sides, started realising that they need to pull together, and stop trying to score political points off each other, for the sake of the country.

right I am officially fed up now, I was for brexit and have lasted this long but now I really don’t give a fudge.

Seriously fed up now of all politics, I am going to join those islanders who killed that God botherer yank, and take my chances

Fortunately you are in a very small minority, and have succumbed to the combination of Project Sulk and Project Fear, the foul offspring of which could, perhaps, be termed 'Project Terminal Mind Crap'.

They can't win the arguments and they lost the vote but... they can whine you into submission and as long as you don't vote against them, they win... :(*

*But they won't because very few fall for it. Chin up, ignore the threats, focus on the future. :)

After the arch-turd Edward Heath, John Major is the PM with most responsibility for creating the 'situation'. But we should take nothing away from TM who has, quite remarkably, managed to persevere with her plans to scupper Brexit despite all of her lies being plainly demonstrable.

Nowt to do with MT - it was Ted Heath that took us in.

I'm not much fussed whether the PM is male or female - Some women have more "balls" than most of them MP's that are running round like headless chickens in Westminster at the moment.
