What bozo goes to the bother of bagging up a dog turd only to hang it on a branch at tit level on one if my farm access tracks. Don't they know that's valuable slug food?

And nearly as bizarre, to see folks [often very pretty ladies ;)] swinging a bag of the afore mentioned stuff from their hands, as they nonchalantly parade around the streets.

I see it around my neck of the woods. Luckily in town and busy paths the council have provided ample shite bins. Also I was in the peak district over the weekend and went to a place called Dovedale. Loads of people, loads of children, loads of dogs and little black bags flung into the trees and bushes.

You see all sorts round these parts but usually, During the summer the, bags promptly get hung in the trees and bushes. But in the winter, there is more of a chance of them marking it to a bin of some sort, Being used as a hand warmer on the way.

We get it on the common. The only explanation which seemed at least believable was that the dog owners meant to pick up the aforementioned doggie-doos on their way back to avoid carrying it all round their walk, but then either "forgot" or were diverted and came home a different way. Can't see any other reason for it.
