Tractor and driver hire

Just starting out and was wondering what price I should be charging out at when I'm dreying trailers. Don't want to be too dear but don't want to be bouncing round the roads for nothing. A bloke local to me advised I charged £29 p/h for a 150hp 50k tractor. Any advice would be much appreciated

Your a young lad who doesn't know what your real expences are , what are you going to do when there is no tractor work on , remember you need a weeks wages every week of the year , if you are the cheapest around you are losing money , who has paid for the tractor , or are you another young lad using Daddy's tractor to bring down the price of tractor hire in your area.

If we go out tractor, man, fuel then it's £45/hour for 200hp but if we get somebody in we are paying £21/hour + fuel. Hence why we are happy to use contractors!

Start at £35 hr , so you don't fu?k it up for every one else
Absolutely brilliant but this poor guys phone will never ring at that price.
Works very hard to come across at decent rates and all but impossible to start with and this tractor all but a good machine isn't a Fendt 724 or the like so my guess is his ceiling price is maxed at £30 an hour and probably less.
What he really needs is a machine that no one has rather than being a sheep and just becoming lost in the flock!!!
