Oh someone with 30 plus years experience on varied tasks. They can have completed loads of training courses and have a pile of certificates but it doesn't mean they know more than a seasoned worker that's been doing it for 40 years
All the tickets in the world doesn't make up for years of hands on experience.
Just means they have satisfied some clipboard clown .
I was asking for someone else but if your looking to employ when can I start?Shall I be the first to say £25per hour plus a house plus a company car plus a healthy pension scheme. Any less and you should be ashamed of yourself or give up trading or both.
Yeah. I should have said it was a joke. I was on another thread the other day where it was intimidated a starting wage was £50k a year. Plus a mountain of benefits.I was asking for someone else but if your looking to employ when can I start?

I’d agree £15 seems very fair.
Fair for who? The employer or employee?I’d agree £15 seems very fair.

You can get that at Tesco for shift leader with no experience, so a qualified driver with years of experience should be heading for £17.50+?Maybe I am out of touch but I would severely doubt you are going to get anyone with a load of experience to drive a tractor for £15/hr
