We did do in the end. Took bloody ages, road works around Cambridge, and a lorry on it's side meant it took all day to get there and back again. Believe it or not, my dad (on a 50k tractor) was only 3/4 of an hour behind me when I got back....

Not surprised about the traffic though, I don't think I've ever been down there without some holdup or other.

At least you werent paying a lorry to sit in traffic, well done Dad...
