Custom 60cube Strautmann on triple axles pulled by a 7310R last time I went by. Mixer is 15t empty.

They would do 5 or 6 mixes a day between all the farms...
Nice!!! How much does a 20cuM usually weigh when full of tmr? Maize isn’t the heaviest of crops and even if it was full with straight wheat it would only be 45t (750kg/cuM)

@startinghandle out of everyone I know of the only ones with the nickname “name-bullish!t” are reps and salesmen

About the most I could get in my 22m3 JF Stoll was about 9 tonnes before it would start to come over the edge or not mix properly. The mixer was about 8 tonnes empty. When doing a concentrate premix I would do up to 12 tonnes. It would hold more but started snapping shear bolts.
I visited a large dairy near Cardif who had just bough the a 45m3 tri axle feeder pulled by a 200 and something HP John Deere that had started cracking a lot of the yard concrete due to its weight.

Thinking about this, and rough fag packet calculation,
If the tractor weighs 15 ton, and feeder weigh 20 ton empty and it won't,
Silage in a pit before its cut out weighs around 660kg per cubic metre,
So if its a 60 3m mixer that would only be 40 ton of silage, and that is consolidated silage at that,
Now allow for room to mix, there would only be 25 ton in the mixer max,
So my guess is its no more than 40 gross fully loaded,
The reptile is out very much so with his figures yet again
