Tractor help please (bit different to normal)

I cannot see why a road registered dumper (say 6 ton) with a hitch both end could not be used.
What about this old tractor, our local cocklelers used one for many years dragging a 10ton trailer on the beach.

The steering was not the best after lack of maintenance but the rest was fairly bullet proof.
At that price you would have some spare to run over niggles. Just make sure it runs well, clutch ok and the brakes work. The hand brake could be a problem, someone on here might know.
