Suggest you had £5,000 to your price and get yourself something like a John Deere 6230. Anything under £20,000 is going to be a load of hassle if you aren't mechanically minded
The " best " is either going to be a really well cared for 1980's classic ( rare ), or a brand new tractor IMO. Anything else inbetween is likely to be a lottery.
