It's the 195 at Frank's.i looked at his annual per week price and thought you could do 8hrs a day, but just looked at bottom and annual is Max 1000hrs per year

£6.75 he sounds a very good deal. A guy I know on the 500hr deal is on £10/hr all in on top spec valtras or fastrac.

He will have already factored in a residual value for the machine in his hire charge. Higher hours will reduce the residual value.

As your near Bath I would phone Simon Williams at SW hire. Good bloke to deal with and will give a sensible price. I’ve hired tractors from him in the past but not for a couple of years so not up with prices.

He charges per week I worked out the 6.75 as the weekly charge divided by 8hr days giving the hourly price but then looked at the bottom of his page and on his yearly hire he limits to 1000 hrs before excess hour charges

Maybe, no way of knowing unless you actually do it really.
Plus every case will be different, what works for one wont for the next.

No one will hire a tractor by the hour, always by the week, with a minimum number of weeks.
